We pay attention to the patterns that have long been in motion in ourselves, others and on planet Earth.
Tapping into our rage allows us to define our boundaries, draw our lines in the sand and say, "ENOUGH!"
Life isn't just about being in passive compliance to what is happening around us. Some moments call for us to harness the bite of a shark, the swipe of a bear, the sting of a bee, or the roar of a lion.
When we remember how to embody our authenticity once more, we are often overcome with grief. For how long we bit our tongues, we held back our true feelings and we collapsed into fear! Harnessing our courage means going into feeling the pain of our sadness and loss of all those years that came before when we quit, gave up or never really tried.
By centering our values and claiming the meaning of our own lives, we live in accordance with our own inner knowing. Truth. This is how we come to EMBODY SELF-REGULATION ~ SELF-VALIDATION ~ & SELF-NAVIGATION.
